todo - Add a TODO task to tasks list

Format: todo <description>

Example: todo Do ip tasks for the week

Expected Outcome:

deadline - Add a DEADLINE task to tasks list

Format: deadline <description> /by <deadline in yyyy-mm-dd HHmm format>
